We searched all over town for the visitors center which is mentioned in the book, couldn't find it, and finally asked a townsperson. He told us that the visitors center had been moved "way out of town years ago." OK, we did find the visitors center and saw it was built in 2008. Went back and ch|About the Author|Seasoned travel writer Laura Randall has written for the Washington Post, the New York Times, Sunset, Glamour, and National Geographic News Service. Raised in eastern PA, she is now based in California but returns often to visit.
